Digital Products — All Sales Final

All products sold through Touch of Care Market are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any digital product.

What You Receive

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Your files are available immediately. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased file, please contact us within 48 hours at info@touchofcarehealthserves.com. We will resolve the issue by resending the file.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund at our sole discretion for duplicate charges or technical errors on our end that prevented delivery after multiple attempts.
